Our Physiotherapists: Partners in Your Recovery
PhysioMobile is a team made up exclusively of university-trained physiotherapists who are members in good standing with l’Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec.
We are a group of highly competent and client-centred professionals, with experience working in multiple clinical practice areas. To better serve you, we regularly participate in continuing education courses to further broaden our knowledge and skills.
On your first visit, your physiotherapist will perform a thorough evaluation and develop a personalized treatment plan that best responds to your specific needs and goals.
Our focus is to treat, engage and support you, in order to facilitate your recovery and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
Access to Our Services
You do not require a doctor’s prescription to access our physiotherapy services.
We are a registered service provider with the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail, the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, and with Veterans Affairs Canada.
Orthopaedics
Our therapists can assist you to control your pain and regain mobility following an injury or surgery to your musculoskeletal system. The musculoskeletal system is comprised of the joints, muscles and bones of your body.
We use a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise and education to assist you in your recovery. Example treatment techniques can include: manual therapy, McKenzie MDT method, therapeutic exercise, Active Release techniques, global postural re-education, and therapeutic modalities.
We offer treatment for the following:
- Fractures
- Sprains and strains
(e.g. muscle or ligament tears, tendinitis, tennis or golfer’s elbow, plantar faciitis) - Joint-related pain or stiffness
(e.g. arthritis, frozen shoulder, joint dislocation, bursitis, patello-femoral syndrome) - Following an orthopaedic surgery
(e.g. hip or knee replacement, ligament repair, meniscus repair, fixation following a fracture (pins & plates), spinal fusion) - Neck or back pain
(e.g. muscle tension, pinched nerve, sciatica, spinal stenosis, disc herniation, whiplash) - Osteoporosis
- Postural or alignment issues
- Sports, work or accident-related injuries
Neurology
Our physiotherapists intervene with individuals recovering from a neurological condition by helping them to regain their physical and functional abilities. If you are experiencing pain, decreased balance and/or reduced mobility from your condition, we can help.
We offer treatment for the following:
- Stroke
- Traumatic brain injury
- Spinal cord injury
- Peripheral nerve injury
- Parkinson’s disease
- Multiple sclerosis
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
- Rehabilitation following a neurosurgery
Geriatrics
We specialize in working with older adults who may be experiencing pain from a chronic condition or decline in their physical ability and function. Our goal is to work with you in order to keep you active, maintain your physical independence and improve your quality of life during these golden years.
We offer treatment for the following:
- Reduced mobility, balance and walking difficulties.
- General de-conditioning such as decreased physical strength and endurance.
- Fall prevention
Functional rehabilitation
Our tailored functional rehabilitation program is designed to assist you once you are discharged home following a prolonged stay at a hospital, convalescence home or physical rehabilitation centre.
Our aim is to continue to assist you in your recovery by facilitating the transition back to your home environment. We will help you to regain your strength, endurance and physical independence, in order to be safe at home and resume your activities of daily living.

RATES
Physiotherapy services
Initial evaluation: $150 (FADOQ member – $130)
Treatment: $150
*We do not charge additional travel fees.
What our rates include
The travel time of the physiotherapist, who will come to you.
On site interventions provided by an experienced, university graduate, OPPQ-licensed physiotherapist.
A one-hour visit (entry/exit):
- At home: expect a 50 minute physiotherapy session;
- In Public Health Care settings: expect a 40-50 minute physiotherapy session, depending on the “Policies & Procedures” of the setting.
Payment is required immediately after reception of services.
Physiotherapy receipts are provided, which can be used towards private insurance claims and/or as deductible medical expenses with your income taxes.
Cancellation policy
Same day cancellation: $90
Accepted payment modalities
Cash, cheque (to the order of PhysioMobile), debit card and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
